The refund transaction is re-transaction, which means that it is a normal transaction but in the opposite direction. The refund could happen any time after the original transaction's time, with any amount up to the original paid amount.
Merchant can perform the refund from Sadad dashboard or by using the refund API end-point.
The Refund amount is always sent in KWD regardless of invoice currency.
